Robert has been studying the piano for 19 years and has recently completed a Bachelors degree in classical music from Edinburgh Napier University, specialising in performance piano. Robert has played in both formal concert surroundings, various ceremonies and also for background music. Earlier this year he performed a solo recital and recently performed the Mozart piano concerto no.12 accompanied by a string quartet. He has also performed in various other ensembles from Schuberts "The shepherd on the rock" to playing keyboard in several different function bands. Robert has worked as a pianist playing background music in hotels and for all types of functions around Scotland. Not only interested in classical music, he has also performed in jazz trios and big band line ups whilst playing traditional music for burns nights and Hogmanay celebrations.

His fee is £235 including an electric piano for the first hour and then £30 per half hour thereafter. £25 early booking discount is available upon enquiry. An additional £50 can be deducted if a piano is provided.
