We have a superb line up of disc jockeys, who have had more successes at wedding receptions and parties than you have seen confetti. This is due to their professionalism, and their musical choice. A record request form is sent out at the time of booking, inviting you to choose some of the music that you shall hear and dance to at your wedding; not solely your first waltz.
Our disc jockeys are smartly presented using equipment that is fresh in appearance and clear in sound. They are lively and experienced, carrying music to entertain all ages at volumes that are never a turn off. (Please click on each name for a picture and more information)
James has entertained people across the length and breadth of Scotland and as far south as Chillingham over a professional DJing career of 20 years. His experience with particular reference to music and entertainment is second to none. Exerting the right tone and experience, maturity and professionalism in all his work, clients are assured a memorable success.
His work has earned him a good reputation within a kaleidoscope of venues including castles, country clubs and estates, and top hotels throughout the country and with clients who re-book his services for additional family and friend activities/events. His approach is flexible and spontaneous in meeting the needs of you and your guests, contributing to the success of your event.
His speciality is with weddings, but he does enjoy entertaining at 40th-50th birthday parties. If you require a disco and Ceilidh combination, James can 'call' dances comparable to that of a traditional Scottish country band. James has a wonderful array of music at his disposal and welcome play lists and requests in advance. He can entertain in circumstances where there are a small amount of guests in small venues and is equally at ease with much larger numbers. He usually wears a kilt, boots and a t-shirt for authenticity, particularly where 'calling' is taking place and a relaxed atmosphere is encouraged, but more formal atire where required is adhered to.
But don't just take my word for it. Here are some comments from previous clients:
"Thank you so much and please pass on our thanks to James Henderson, he was absolutely fantastic!!!"
"Thanks for DJing at our wedding at Ednburgh Zoo; you were absolutely brilliant and everyone had an excellent time."
"Everything went absolutely brilliantly and we really did have the wedding of our dreams! Emma & Glyn Lloyd"
