Carrie, the bandleader, has been playing the fiddle since primary school. She was first introduced into the crazy world of folk music through the Edinburgh Youth Gathering. She formed Cu Chulaind's Raven ceilidh band at the tender age of 15, who became renowned for their unpronouncable name and 30 minutes long strip the willow sets.

Carrie has played a wide variety of venues fron Gleneagles and Balmoral castle, to more unusual, new-age weddings under a tree. She also played for the biggest eightsome reel in the world (5,000 dancers) at the Make Poverty History march in 2005. With 12 years experience behind her, Carrie is now an accomplished fiddler and elequaint caller, and is joined by Rob on guitar, and Robin (a regular on the T in the Park Stages) on drums.

Their fee for 2008, which includes public liability insurance, all electrical equipment passing PAT, travel costs to Edinburgh, arrangement fee and relevant VAT, is £585.00. This fee is based on a maximum 4 hour period, finishing by 12 midnight.
